On Site Commercial Services began with Rob’s father “Big Rob” when he moved to the Orlando area in the 1970’s. He accepted a job at a local dry cleaners where he quickly excelled, eventually opening his own in 1982. Soon after opening, he became one of the industry leaders; he taught, trained, and even mentored new business owners entering the dry cleaning field.

Like most eager business owners, he wanted to explore other avenues to grow his business and started working for hotels and resorts. Fast forward to 2005, when his son Rob entered the business and began working with his father and learning the trade. Along with 25 plus years of teaching from his father, Rob also attended the Dry Cleaning & Laundry Institute where he was taught to properly identify fabrics and cleaning methods for each.

Following the sale of the business in 2007, Rob decided to apply his knowledge to the Janitorial industry and opened the division later that year. Today, we have grown into Central Florida’s premier full service cleaning company encompassing textiles, furnishings, flooring, and specialty items.
